i think she left because when the girl said all babys want to get born and that her baby already had fingernails, it kinda made juno think twice about the whole abortion thing.Juno the movie: Fingernails babys have finger nails I don't get it?
Juno walked out of the clinic because she panicked. honestly, the part with the fingernails was just a funny little insert to the story and really had nothing else to do with the movie, other than maybe slightly convince Juno to back out of the abortion.
She just thought that the baby might be just a lump of cells or something without identity. But when she finds out it's something with individual fingers and nails, she has second thoughts about the abortion. Basically she cannot kill a being.
