Is getting do-it-yourself fake nails safe?

I don't want my nails to look terrible, especially if A) the nails or the nail glue does not work or B) they are messed up after the nails come off. Any suggestions? Any brands of fake nails that are fairly cheap as well are appreciated.


As well, will having fake nails interfere with my piano playing?

your nails might mess you up on the piano by when you go to hit 1 note your nail will probably hit a different note and i think you should go to wal mart and get your nails on there cheap and cute and dont make your fingers look bad when you take them offIs getting do-it-yourself fake nails safe?
every time i would get fake nails they have always worked out fine for me. just don't get them to long or they will get caught on something. they real nice to have.
If you want them to look good and stay on, go to the salon- the ones you get done yourself don鈥檛 stay for very long. And the glue they use is similar to crazy glue, so you can imagine what kind of damage it does to your natural nail.
