Not sure about ';better';, but they definitely grow faster. It's a combination between the prenatal vitamins and the excess blood flow. You're getting more nutrients, (like calcium), in the vitamins and the increased blood flow carries more of those nutrients around your body.

i neverr heard that but it may be true because when you are pregnant you are taking in more calcium and vitimans vs. if you arent pregnant and that would give you stronger and prettier nails
