I bite the skin aroung my nails and then I start biting my nails, the thing is I have nothing to be worried about. Besides the fact that I can't get manicures. I am affraid that tommorow I'll have to get a manicure, it will burn and also they don't like to do bitten nails!Biring Nails and skin around it?
most places do your nails no matter if you bite them or not...
im a nail and skin biter... its a force of habit and isnt always brought on by stress... dip you fingers in cayenne pepper powder... that way the next time you go to chomp on it you get stopped by unpleasant taste
